FLYHIGH Wood Industry provides high-quality wood-based materials including:

• Plywood (various grades and specifications)
• Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF)
• Block Board
• Melamine Board
• Natural and Engineered Veneer

All products are manufactured in accordance with international standards and hold FSC and ISO certifications.

Order Processing: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Pricing: Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice. Custom pricing may apply for specialized orders.

Payment: Payment terms will be agreed upon during order confirmation. Standard terms include T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit).

Minimum Orders: Minimum order quantities may apply depending on product specifications.

We guarantee that all products meet specified quality standards and certifications at the time of shipment.

Any quality issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting documentation and photographs.

Our liability is limited to replacement or credit for defective products and does not extend to consequential damages.

Shipping Terms: We offer FOB, CIF, and other international trade terms as agreed upon.

Delivery Times: Standard delivery times range from 15-30 days depending on order specifications and destination.

Location Advantage: Our proximity to Shanghai Port and Hangzhou ensures efficient logistics and competitive shipping rates.

Risk Transfer: Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery to the agreed shipping point.

Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without explicit written permission.

Product specifications and technical data are proprietary and confidential.

FLYHIGH Wood Industry's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific products involved in the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or transportation delays, are excluded from our liability.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our business relationship shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with international commercial arbitration rules.

The arbitration shall be conducted in English and take place in a mutually agreed location.
