Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website at www.flyhighwood.com, placing orders, or engaging in any business relationship with FLYHIGH Wood Industry Co., Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use our services, including but not limited to product purchases, consultations, and custom manufacturing services.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services or conduct business with us.

Products & Services
FLYHIGH Wood Industry specializes in manufacturing and supplying high-quality wood-based materials including:
- Plywood and Veneer products
- Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF)
- Block Board and Textured Panels
- Melamine Board with custom finishes
All products are manufactured in our facilities located in Zhejiang and Shandong provinces, adhering to FSC and ISO certification standards.
We reserve the right to modify product specifications, discontinue products, or update our service offerings at any time without prior notice. Current product information is available upon request.

Orders & Pricing
Order Process
All orders must be confirmed in writing via email to [email protected]. Verbal agreements are not binding until confirmed in writing with detailed specifications, quantities, and pricing.
Pricing
Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change based on material costs, market conditions, and order specifications. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Minimum Orders
Minimum order quantities apply and vary by product type. Custom production orders may have higher minimum requirements. Please contact us for specific MOQ information.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are established on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed upon before order confirmation. Standard terms include advance payment for new customers and established credit terms for qualified repeat customers.

Quality Assurance & Certifications
FLYHIGH Wood Industry maintains the highest quality standards through our FSC and ISO certifications. All products undergo rigorous quality control processes at our manufacturing facilities.
Quality Guarantee
We guarantee that all products meet specified standards and certifications. Any quality issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery for investigation and resolution.
Custom specifications and tolerances must be clearly defined at the time of order. Standard industry tolerances apply unless otherwise specified and agreed upon.
Quality disputes will be resolved through inspection by mutually agreed third-party testing facilities when necessary, with costs shared based on findings.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Terms
Delivery times are estimated based on production schedules and shipping methods. We ship globally to North America, Mexico, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East from our facilities near Shanghai Port.
Shipping Responsibilities
Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, etc.) are specified in each order confirmation. Risk of loss transfers according to agreed Incoterms. Customers are responsible for customs clearance and import duties.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery commitments, delays may occur due to production requirements, shipping constraints, or force majeure events. We will communicate any delays promptly.
Damage Claims
Any damage or shortage claims must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report damage promptly may void claims for replacement or compensation.

Liability & Warranties
Limited Warranty
FLYHIGH Wood Industry warrants that products will conform to agreed specifications at the time of delivery. This warranty is limited to replacement or credit for defective products and does not extend to consequential damages.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific products delivered. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.
Important Notice
Products are sold for commercial and industrial use. Customers are responsible for ensuring suitability for their specific applications and compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or material shortages.

Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms or business relationships shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Chinese arbitration law.
Both parties agree to attempt resolution of disputes through good faith negotiation before pursuing formal arbitration proceedings.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
